| 摘 要： | 马克思主义哲学的辩证唯物论和唯物史观蕴涵着丰富的社会发展思想,成为科学发展观的理论基础。但科学发展观并不是对在一定历史条件下形成的理论的简单重复,而是站在历史和时代的高度对马克思主义社会发展思想的丰富和发展,是与时俱进的马克思主义发展观。

| Abstract: | Marxist philosophy dialectical materialism and historical materialism implicate the rich social development thought . They become the theoretical basis of the concept of scientific development The concept of scientific development is not simple reiteration to the theory taken form certain historical condition, but to make the social development thought of Marxism enrich and develop, and to be the concept of development of Marxism advancing with times. |
