| 摘 要： | 本文对近两年来体育教育过程中19名严重损伤者受伤的时段特征、项目特征、部位特征、损伤产生的原因进行了初步研究，揭示了严重运动损伤发生的一般规律，对正确开展损伤的预防工作、教学和课外活动的管理工作提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | In this article, a general rule of serious sports injuries is reposed through a preliminary research into the Characteristics of the duration, events and location of 19 seriously injured. Students during their physical training process two years. And some suggestions are given on how to take precautions against injuries and how to manage in-class physical activities. |
