| 摘 要： | 教师教育课程是教师专业化的重要保证。要提高教师专业化水平,应从五个方面对教师教育课程进行改革,一是调整课程结构;二是拓展课程类型;三是整合课程内容;四是强化实践课程;五是开发潜在课程。构建教师专业化需要的教师教育课程体系,为培养专业化标准的教师提供强有力的支持和保证。

| Abstract: | Educational curriculum of teachers is an important guarantee for the professionalization of teachers. For the improvement of teacher's professional level, the educational curriculum of teachers should be reformed in five respects: 1. adjustment of curriculum structure; 2. expansion of curriculum category; 3. conformity of curriculum contents; 4.enforcement of practice curriculum; 5. exploitation of potential curriculum. The construction of the professionalization of teachers needs the educational curriculum system of teachers which can supply a strong support and guarantee for the cultivation of professional-standard teachers. |
