退火工艺对DC53K模具钢组织与硬度的影响

摘    要:对DC53K模具钢的退火工艺进行了研究,结果表明:加热到900℃保温3h的退火工艺退火效果较好,其退火硬度在21.9HRC左右,退火组织获得了类似共晶碳化物十二次渗碳体+索氏体基体组织。另外,850℃×4h后720℃×4h的等温退火工艺对DC53K模具钢的退火效果并不理想。

Abstract:Several annealing processes of die steel DC53K were researched in this article,the results show that the good annealing hardness of about 21.9HRC was achieved when the DC53K was heated to 900,and kept for 3 hours.The microstructure of annealing was composed of similar eutectic carbide cementite,secondary cementite and sorbite matrix texture.In addition,the effect of isothermal annealing was not satisfactory when the DC53K was kept at 720,for 4 hours after being heated to 850,and maintained 4 hours.
