| 摘 要： | 加强农民工教育培训,提高其综合素质,是促进农村富余劳动力有效转移的重要途径。目前农民工的教育培训工作存在着体制不完善、投入不足等问题,我们应更新观念,加强宣传力度,明确政府的主导地位和主要责任,强化企业培训责任,创新农民工培训模式,以提高农民工培训的效果。

| Abstract: | The enhancement of vocational education of migrant workers to improve their comprehensive qualities is an important channel to promote the effective transfer of rural surplus laborers.At present,there are some problems in the vocational education of migrant workers,such as imperfect system,insufficient investment,and so on.We should renew our views,strengthen the publicizing of it,clear the leading position and main responsibility of government,enhance the training role of enterprise,and innovate the training mode of migrant workers to improve the training effect. |
