| 摘 要： | 我国的广播电视大学是实施远程开放教育的主要教育机构。电大为远程开放学习者提供开放性、多元化的教学资源是一种必然，而教学资源能否得到有效的整合利用则需要学员与教师、教师与各部门之间协作配合。面授辅导教师在这一过程中扮演极其重要的角色，他们能否发挥积极的作用，将直接影响到学员利用教学资源进行远程学习的效果。

| Abstract: | As is known, it is essential for RTVUs, leading organizations for distance and open education in China, to provide distant learners with open and diversified teaching resources .The effective integration and utilization of these resources depend largely on full and active co-operation among learners,teachers and all sections of RTVUs. As contributing members of the teaching fleet, the guiding teachers, play important roles in the achievement of the distant learners. |
