| 摘 要： | 以37届世锦赛团体、全能和单项决赛运动员为对象,结合悉尼奥运会和2001年、2002年世锦赛等资料,从上法、木中和下法动作的发展,以及完成动作的质量等方面,对当代平衡木的发展趋势作了比较系统的分析研究,希望对我国平衡木的训练提供参考意见.

| Abstract: | Taking the athletes who attended the finals of team, all-round, single in the 37th Championship as subjects, this paper unites the details of the Olympic Games in Sydney, the Championship in 2001 and 2002. The paper systematically analyzes the developing tendency of modern balance beam on the evolution of mount, movement on the beam, discount and the quality of movement. It puts forward some measures which should be paid attention to in our training of balance beam. |
