| 摘 要： | 通过对＂公共性＂理论尤其是我国公共体育资源建设中＂公共性＂思想的分析,以及对中国体育与＂个人主义＂思想关系的解析,从宏观与微观层面就公共体育资源管理权力分配、体育类社会组织建设和群众公共意识培养等方面,提出了建设路径的具体方案。
