| Abstract: | The ongoing power industry is of technology and capital-intensive character,its management systems of talented and HR are of great significance both to the government and enterprises.The thesis puts forwards a thought of HR management in the construction of talented skills for power supply industry,and it also makes some suggestions in taking the measures for different talented skills.It is thought to be of some reference to the power supply industry. |
