摘    要:我国的高等职业教育起步虽晚,但发展迅猛。高等职业教育的未来,既面临着机遇,又面临着挑战。各个高职院校都为自身的生存和发展做着积极努力与探索,教学质量是学校生存的根本保障。保证和提高教学质量,对教学过程实施有效的监控,对教学质量实施科学评估,是促进教学工作不断改进、教学质量不断提高的重要手段。通过教师课堂教学评价能有效地促进教学质量的提高,直接反映一个学校的教学水平。

Abstract:Although our country's higher vocational education starts late,it develops swiftly and violently.The future of higher vocational education is facing both the opportunity and the challenge.Therefore,each of the higher vocational colleges is making great effort for its own survival and development and they realize that the teaching quality is the basic guarantee for its survival.It's the important way to improve the teaching quality gradually by monitoring the teaching process efficiently and evaluating the teaching quality scientifically.The teaching quality can be improved by evaluating the teacher's teaching.It can reflect the teaching level of one college directly.
