| 摘 要： | 幼儿园作为幼儿教师专业生活的重要场所,对教师的管理应充分体现伦理价值,在坚持公平公正原则的前提下,充分尊重和信任教师,通过创设团结进取的团队文化,积极开展丰富多样的团队活动,缓解教师压力,激发教师的职业幸福感与集体归属感;通过为教师提供各种展示与交流的机会,鼓励教师富有个性地成长;通过园领导积极树立榜样,带动全园教研工作合理有序扎实地开展,创建各层次的学习型组织,鼓励以年级组、自发结队等多种途径形成的研究小组开展教研活动,同时积极引入和合理借助各种专业研究力量,创新教研模式,支持教师在自主利用各种资源中积极主动地成长.

| Abstract: | The kindergarten is an important place to its teachers' professional life.It should construct the culture with the value of management ethic,for such culture is helpful not only to achieve harmony and unity for the kindergarten,but also for teachers' professional development.This study aimed to give some suggestions on how to construct such culture. |
