流动科普资源库建设应用探究与实践

摘    要:流动科普是补齐基层科普短板、促进科普公平普惠的重要形式和手段,经过多年运行发挥了重要作用,取得了良好效果。随着时代发展,传统的以基础科学为主的资源内容已难以满足基层公众的实际需求,资源建设存在一定的问题。《现代科技馆体系发展“十四五”规划(2021—2025)》强调要深化科普资源供给侧改革,创新科普内容、形式和手段,建立流动科普资源库,满足不同地区、不同人群的多样化需求。中国科技馆提前布局流动科普资源主题化、模块化开发,已初步形成流动科普资源库,并进行了实践,积累了经验,为下一步做好精准化服务打下了坚实的基础。

Research and Practice on the Construction and Application of Travelling Science Popularization Resource Pool

Abstract:The travelling science popularization is an important form and mean to complete the shortage of the grassroots science popularization and to improve the fairness and universal benefit of the science popularization. It has played an important role with excellent performance after running for years. As the time changes, there emerges some difficulties in the contents construction, that is, the original contents, traditionally based on the basic sciences is difficult to meet the actual needs of the grassroots public. It is emphasized in The 14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Modern Science and Technology Museum System (2021-2025) that the supply-side reform in science popularization resources should be strengthened, the contents, forms and means of science popularization should be innovated and a travelling science popularization resource database should be established in order to satisfy the diversified demands of different regions and populations. China Science and Technology Museum has made the overall arrangement in advance on the development in thematic oriented and modularization of the travelling science popularization resources. The database has been initially built and run with some experiences, making a solid base for the next step of precise services.
