| 摘 要： | 科学规范的法人治理结构是现代企业制度的核心，完善国有企业的法人治理结构是深化国有企业改革的必然举措。文章分析了完善国有企业法人治理结构对深化国有企业改革、转换经营机制的重要作用，指出了现阶段国有企业法人治理结构存在的主要问题，并提出了完善国有企业法人治理结构应采取的对策和措施。

| Abstract: | he scientific and standard running forms of the legal person is the key point of modern enterprises system. Improving the legal person's running forms in state-owned enterprises is a necessary measure to deepen the reform of the state-owned enterprises. This paper analyzes the important roles that the perfect legal person's running forms of the state-owned enterprises play in terms of reforming state-owned enterprises and changing the running mechanism, lists the present major problems with the legal person's running forms in state-owned enterprises and suggests possible strategies and measures to improve the legal person's running forms in state-owned enterprises. |
