| 摘 要： | 问题学生是一种客观存在,这些学生人数不多,影响却不小。作为教师有责任也有义务去教育转化他们。问题学生对教师大都有或强或弱的逆反心理。因此,要转化问题学生,就必须先消除他们的逆反心理。
