论特色课程与课程特色建设

摘    要:"特色课程",是指一所学校开设的不同于其他同类学校的具有独特性的课程。"课程特色",是指与同类学校相比较而言,某一所学校在实施同样课程的过程中,其实施策略、实施手段、实施方式和方法、实施结果的评价等具有有别于其他同类学校的质的差异性和优质性。在价值取向上,特色课程与课程特色的建设要以促进学生的发展为出发点和归宿;在课程决策上,特色课程与课程特色的建设要体现师生的共同发展愿景;在课程规划上,特色课程与课程特色的建设既要在学校办学总目标和育人价值取向引领下进行顶层设计,又要关注学生眼下的个性化发展,还要致力于为学生的长远发展奠基。

Abstract:"Distinctive courses" refer to unique ones different from those of the other similar schools; "Course characteristics" indicate that, compared with the other similar schools, the school, in the process of carrying out the same courses, is qualitatively different in implementing strategy,measure, mode, method and assessment of results. In terms of value orientation, courses and characteristics should promote students' development as the starting point and destination; In course decision, they should represent teacher-student joint vision of development; In course planning, they should, under the guidance of the general goals and education, conduct the top-level design as well as focus on students' current personality development and their lifelong development in future.
