| 摘 要： | 通过实地调查和文献资料，在分析我国大中城市居民住宅区体育场地设施现状的基础上，归纳出城市居民区体育设施的4种基本模式和4种补充形式；提出把城市居民住宅区体育场地设施的配套建设纳入城市发展规划并付诸实施是必要的、也是可行的；同时，借鉴发达国家和地区的经验，对我国相关的法规政策和政府的责任提出了建议。 |

| Abstract: | Through investigation and surveying related documents,this paper analyzes the condition of sports facility in residential community in middle and big city in China,sums up four basic models and four supplement forms,puts forward the necessity of putting supporting construction of sports facility into city development program.Based on the experience of developed countries and regions,some suggestions for related policies and government responsibility are put forwarded. |
