| 摘 要： | 城市总是与艺术存在着历史、美学和政治上的联系，同时也作为艺术的主旨和宝库而发挥作用。艺术已成为城市的公共叙事者，并带来了欣快的特征。它虽然在不同城市呈现出不同的特点与风格，但都体现出公共性。当然，不同城市的市民对公共艺术的审美态度与选择并不相同，这既因为公共艺术创造存在艺术家与城市风格的差异，也因为不同城市之间的历史与文化差别导致了市民审美价值观的差异。对公共艺术需要一个新的认识，因为这不仅是一个艺术“欣快”的问题，也是一个经济和政治领域“欣快”的问题。 |
