| 摘 要： | 长期以来,日本高等教育以本科教育为主,对研究生教育的重视程度不高.从20世纪80年代末开始,受国内外诸多因素的影响,日本国内掀起了研究生教育改革的高潮,日本研究生教育政策从规模化、多样化、高度化和重点化方面出发,极大地促进了研究生教育的发展.本文尝试对日本研究生教育政策的背景和内容进行分析,并考察其政策的特征及效果.
