| Abstract: | Shallow hole drill is an indexable drill made of cemented carbide alloy with drilling depth less than 2.5 to 3 times of the diameter. It is rigid, and can be used at high speed and large feed rate cutting. The efficiency of the cutting is about 3 to 5 times higher than the high-speed steel drill. So it has higher productivity and performance-to-price ratio. |
