| 摘 要： | 长期以来，株洲市科技资源一直存在着运营管理成本高而使用效率低的难题，直接影响着科技体制改革的进程和科技创新能力的提升。通过分析株洲市科技资源的现存问题，确立了株洲市科技资源整合的总体目标和思路，探索了株洲市科技资源整合的模式、政策导向和具体措施。

| Abstract: | For a long time, there exists a problem in Zhuzhou＇s science and technology resource management. The problem is high administration cost and low utilization efficiency, which has straightly affected the proceeding of the reform of the science and technology management system and the advance of technology innovation ability. By analyzing the problem existing in Zhuzhou＇s science and technology resources, the author established the general objectives and the developing train of thought, explored the model, policy orientation and some specific measures about the integration of Zhuzhou＇s science and technology resources. |
