| 摘 要： | 独立学院图书馆因其特殊的办学机制及人事制度，导致图书馆以物力资源为重心，而忽视人力资源的发展：独章学院图书馆工作者的职业发展前景更是被忽略。因而，为促进图书馆工作者的职业发展，独立学院应建立图书馆工作者的职业发展平台，主管部门应建立健全图书馆工作者职称评定机制，工作者本人亦应积极寻求职业发展的突破口。

| Abstract: | The special education mechanisms and personnel system of the independent colleges＇ library lead to the library focusing on material resources, while ignoring the development of human resources even the library workers＇ career development. Thus, to promote the college library workers＇ career development, the college should establish a platform for library workers, the competent authorities should establish and improve the assessment mechanism of library workers titles, and the workers themselves also should actively seek a breakthrough of the career development. |
