| 摘 要： | 当前,我国R&D强度增长趋势与国际R&D强度增长一般规律基本相符,并已进入一个快速增长的关键时期,但我国的R&D投入水平仍滞后经济发展水平几乎一个阶段.因此,如何在较长时期内保持着这种强劲的增长势头,并使R&D投入水平尽快达到与经济发展水平相适应,是一个十分重要的问题.对此,笔者进行了初步的探讨并提出了若干建议.

| Abstract: | The upward trend of R&D Share of GDP in China is generally in agreement with the international rule. It has entered a crucial period with its fast growth. However the level of R&D Share of GDP in China lags far away behind that of economy development. So it is important for China to keep the growing trend of R&D Share of GDP strong in a longer period and to keep its pace with that of economy development. Aiming to the problems, we made some primary analyses and put forth some thoughts. |
