| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治教育的水平直接影响着大学生的精神面貌和综合人文素质的培养,在国内外形势不断发生变化的今天,高校大学生思想政治教育出现了许多新情况和新特点.加强队伍建设,完善工作机制,拓展思路视野,创新工作方法,优化环境条件,结合大学生思想特点进一步提高思想政治教育的效果,以应对全球化趋势对大学生思想意识方面的挑战.

| Abstract: | The level of ideological and political education in the universities directly influences the fostering of mental outlook and comprehensive humane qualities of the university students. Under the present changing situation at home and abroadthere have arisen new conditions and characteristics. We should strengthen the construction of staff, improve working systems, broaden ideological outlook, bringforth new work methods, better environmental conditions in order to further r raise the effect of ideologicaland political education and meet with the global challenge to the students ideology. |
