| 摘 要： | 通过对中国传统文化内涵、太极拳的文化内涵的阐述,认为周易太极,阴阳五行,道教思想,孙子兵法,以至于道德伦理等中国传统文化都可以在太极拳中体现出来。具体剖析,表现为以下几个方面:体现了儒家的道德规范,道家的为人策略与养生技术,佛家的禅定方法,兵家的作战思路,最后简单阐述了太极拳对中国传统文化发展与传播所起的作用。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis about the connotations of traditional Chinese culture,the cultural connotations of Taiji,the article thinks Tai Chi Book of Changes,Yin and Yang five elements,Taoist thought,the Art of war,moral and ethical and so on can be reflected in the Tai Chi.Specific analysis for the performance of the following: Confucian ethics,Taoism and the human strategy for health technology,the Buddhist meditation methods,the operational military strategists' ideas. |
