摘    要:随着社会的发展,用人单位对大学生就业能力的需求越来越高,提高大学生的职业核心能力显得尤其重要;结合本校市场营销学课程教学的现状和存在的问题,提出了以培养大学生职业核心能力为目标,基于职业核心能力培养的市场营销学课程教学改革。

Abstract:With the development of our society, employing units" demand for college students" employ ment abilities is growing rapidly. To improve college students" professional core competencies appears es pecially important. Combined with the current situation and existing problems in Taizhou College, this pa per introduces teaching reform of Marketing course based on professional core competencies development, with the final aim at cultivation of college students" professional core competencies.
