| Abstract: | The concept of learning-oriented Party organization is a product of the Party-building theory and practice at a new stage.The effective ways to promote learning-oriented party organization can be summarized as four legitimate ways,which include training qualified organization members,making appropriate changes in thinking mode,developing a reasonable learning plan,and setting up a proper building process. |
