| 摘 要： | 对形象思维与传统体育养生动作及其要领的内在关系进行了探讨和分析,总结了其内在规律,并在此基础上与传统体育养生的教学实践相结合,对形象思维在教学中的运用进行探析。研究认为,在教学中有针对性地运用形象思维,不但可以提高教学效果和健身效果,还有利于传统体育养生的推广和普及。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the relationship between the imagery thinking and the Chinese traditional sports for health-keeping and summarizes its rules.The paper also analyses the application of imagery thinking in the teaching on the basis of the teaching practice of the Chinese traditional sports for health-keeping.The proper application of imagery thinking in the teaching cannot only improve the teaching and health-keeping effects but also promote the spreading of the Chinese traditional sports for health-keeping. |
