| 摘 要： | 刚刚跨入大学的新生在学习、生活、人际交往和心理健康等方面面临着从中学到大学的角色转变与综合素质的培养.学生个人、学校、家庭等因素是这种不适应症产生的主要根源.根据大学生学习上要自觉、生活上要自理、管理上要自治、思想上要自我教育的特点,帮助新生面对新环境,转变旧习惯,逐步适应大学的学习和生活环境.同时要培养和提高大学生的综合素质,使他们成为通专结合、知识能力和素质并进、全面发展与个性发展相统一的人才.

| Abstract: | When the freshmen go into the university,they face role change in study,life,social interaction and mental state from high school to the university and cultivation of comprehensive innate quality.Student individual,university and family are the main sources that the inadaptation from.According to the characteristics of the students of learning of their own willing,life of taking care of themselves,management of autonomy,thought of ego education,we should help the freshmen face new surrounding,change the old habit,adapt to the study of the university gradually with living environment.At the same time,we should cultivate and put forward the comprehensive innate quality of the university students and let them become those with the combination of all-round and specialized skills,with knowledge and innate quality developing mutually in an all-round way and individual character. |
