| Abstract: | To build good teaching morale and cuslom is the need of education development. The decrease and lack of affection is the deeper reason for the decline of teaching morale and custom. Overcoming the partial seek of the proportion of students entering higher schools, truly practising quality education, building a good teaching and learning environment and strengthening the psychological education of the teachers are the point of contact to train affection and build good teaching morale and custom. |
