| 摘 要： | 推进社会现代化必须关注人的现代化。在我国这样一个农民占人口多数的国家,农民工的现代化对整个社会的现代化进程具有重要的影响作用。社会流动的经历使得农民工初步接触了现代性,然而城市社会的排斥、职业选择困难以及受教育程度低、较少接触大众传媒等因素则制约了农民工进一步现代化。产生这些障碍的根源在于制度设置的不合理、传统观念及行为方式的深刻影响以及教育公平的缺失。此外本文还对此问题提出了一些初步的建议。

| Abstract: | social modernization is eventually driven by people.In a country with a majority of peasants,the modernization of peasant workers acts upon the process of the modernization of the whole society.The peasant workers experience modernity during their migration from countryside to cities,nevertheless,the exclusionism of urban communities,employment problems,low literacy and inadequate exposure to mass media hinder those peasant workers from being modernized.To explore deeply,we may attribute these barriers to institutional system,traditional belief and way of behavior,and apparent absence of equal education rights.Based on above discussion,the paper tempts to put forward tentative measures to tackle the problem of modernization of peasant workers. |
