HPGMR叶片的DSC研究

摘    要:以HPGMR农垦58S和对照品种常规晚粳农垦58为材料,用不光同周期(LD和SD)进行处理,对叶片进行了DSC分析。结果表明:在育性转换对光周期敏感之前的第一次枝梗原始体形成期,农垦58S叶片内存在一团特异的热敏物质(体内变性温度60—80℃)与常规农垦58有着明显的区别。在LD下的第一个光周期后,这团热敏物质消失,推测叶片细胞膜性质可能发生改变。

Abstract:The DSC curves of leaves of HPGMR Nongen 58S and Nongken 58 under LD and SD are analyzed. The main results are as follows:In the differentiation of primary branch primoridium of young paricle in which the pertility transformation of Nonken 58S has not yer been sensitive to different photoperiods,there are some thermolabile substance in the leaves of Nongken 58S. After the photoperiods (LD) , the cell ular membrane's properties of Nongken 58S are changed rapidly, and the thermolabile substanc disappear. We suggest that the sterility of 58ALD should be probably because of lacking of the ther-molabile substances represented by the peakes at lower temperature which arc essential to the fertilities of 58ASD, 58SD, 58LD.
