| 摘 要： | 在理论与实践中,民主发展都已突显其重要地位。民主政治发展是一国政治现代化进程中的核心内容之一,在多个影响民主的客体中,文化作为重要变量推动或阻碍着民主的发展。民主与文化的复合决定着公民文化的形成,公民社会与民主政治是双向影响的,这对于发展中的中国来说,便意味着动态多元社会建立的必要性。

| Abstract: | In the theory and practice,the development of democracy have prominent.The development of democratic politics is one of the core contents of a country in the process of political modernization,in a number of democratic object,culture as an important variable to promote or hinder the development of democracy.Democracy and culture determines the formation of civic culture,civil society and democratic politics is the two-way influence,this is for the development of China,it implies the necessity of dynamic multivariate society established. |
