| 摘 要： | 在论述建国以来我国依法行政的发展历程的基础上,分析了我国目前行政制度建设中存在的问题,并认为这些问题起源于对依法行政的内涵存在不正确的认识。所以,对两大法系“依法行政”原则的涵义进行简单的分析,找到正确认识我国依法行政内涵的基础。然后,对依法行政的实践意义提出了自己的看法,并对解决目前我国依法行政中存在的问题的措施提出了初步的设想。

| Abstract: | It is based on the development of Administration according to law to discuss the problem of how to establish the administration system since the country was founded. And the problems originate from the misunderstanding of the connotation.Through simple of an analyse of the rules of Two Systems of Administration. according to Law. The present paper tries to look for the correct ways to understand the foundation of the connotation. And it suggests the practical meanings and gives the tentative ideas to solve the problems of administration according to Law in our country . |
