| 摘 要： | "职业化"的核心是职业素养的养成训练,"职业化"就是职业素养的专业化。高等职业教育的培养目标定位是面向职业岗位群,以横向扩展能力培养为主,纵向延伸能力为辅,培养技术应用性人才。因此,必须以个体职业化素质的养成训练为目标,通过课程体系设计、文化环境设计、职业素养训练流程设计,构建职业化人才培养方案。

| Abstract: | The core of "vocationalization" is the apprenticeship training of vocational attainment,"vocationalization" just is professionalization.The orientation of cultivating objective for higher vocational education face toward vocational-post group,and cultivate technique applied talent with giving priority to the cultivation of lateral spread ability and vertical expansion ability.Therefore,higher vocational education must take the apprenticeship training of the quality of individual vocationalization as the goal to construct talent cultivation plan of vocationallization through the curriculum system design,the culture environment design,the training process design of vocational attainment. |
