| 摘 要： | 文章以《乾隆兖州府志》为基本史料，通过整理和统计职官志中记载的训导、教谕、学正、儒学教授和四氏学教授的基本情况进行量化分析，对充州府清代顺治至乾隆间的师资情况作出了初步的展现。统计结果显示：兖州府的师资在各州县间的分布存在差异，各职位的身份以各类贡生为主，进士和举人主要担任教谕和儒学教授；师资的籍贯主要集中在山东省内的济南府、青州府和东昌府等地；任职年限主要在10年以内；府内的师资在州县间可以迁移，可以继续考取更高的功名。

| Abstract: | After making a quantitative analysis of basic historical data from ＂The Record of Yanzhou Prefecture from 1736 to 1797＂ , this paper reveals the quality of teachers in Yunzhou Prefecture from 1638 to 1795. The findings arc as follows： the distribution of teachers was not proportional, with Gongsheng being predominant and Jinshi and Jurcn being Jiaoyu and Ruxuejiaoshou respectively; the teachers in this prefecture could be transferred within the prefecture or the state, and they could continue to straggle for higher titles. |
