| 摘 要： | 《非法证据排除规定》的施行是我国刑事诉讼制度的一大进步，但新规定亦存在不足之处。论文从非法言词证据的界定、非法证据排除的程序、证明责任及证明标准等方面做了论述，以期对进一步完善我国的非法证据排除规则能有所裨益。

| Abstract: | Although the enforcement of regulations for illegal evidence exclusion is great progress in criminal procedural system, there are still flaws in the definition of illegal verbal evidence, the procedure of illegal evidence exclusion, and burden of proof and standard of proof. This article discusses these questions mentioned above in order to supply some suggestions for perfecting the regulations in the future. |
