摘    要:根据Bandura的自我效能理论,学生体育自我效能感直接影响学生参加体育锻炼的行为和态度,提高学生自我效能感有利于培养学生终身体育意识和形成正确的自我认知评价,作者通过长期健美操教学实践,就培养提高女大学生自我效能感提出了合理有效的发展对策。

Abstract:According to the self-efficiency theory of bandura,student's sports self-efficiency sense influences students to participate in the behavior and attitude of physical training directly,it helps to train student's sports consciousness all one's life and form correct self-cognition and appraise to improve student's self-efficiency sense,I practice through long-term aerobics teaching,put forward reasonable effective development countermeasure to training improve female collegians self-efficiency sense.
