| 摘 要： | 墨子及其创立的墨家学派，其思想观点多以儒家的反对命题而提出，儒墨两家相互辩难，分庭抗礼。其中儒家主张的“亲亲”、繁饰礼乐、厚葬久丧与墨家主张的“兼爱”、非礼非乐、薄葬短丧，这三个对立尤为明显。

| Abstract: | Mo-tse and his theory Mohism that founded on opposing the Confucianism in the forepart of Qin dynasty. Mohism and Confucianism were the two largest schools arguing against each other in that time, especially in the viewpoints between universal love and kindred love, unceremonious and panegyric on ceremony, economical funeral and ceremonious funeral. |
