| 摘 要： | 在明确界定知识资本和新创企业绩效含义和维度的基础上，阐述知识资本与新创企业绩效实现的作用关系，分析企业创业过程中三项关键活动,即机会利用、资源获取和创业导向选择对企业绩效的作用，结合知识资本对这三项关键创业活动的影响作用，具体勾勒知识资本通过机会利用、资源获取和创业导向选择实现新创企业绩效的三条关键路径。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds that the intellectual capital has an effect on the achievement of performance in new venture，and analyses that these three key entrepreneurial activities that is the exploitation of opportunity，recourse acquisition and the choice of entrepreneurial orientation make differences to the achievement of performance based on the well-defining on the meaning and dimensions of intellectual capital. Combined with the effect on the achievement of performance to intellectual capital，the authors find three key ways to achieve the performance to intellectual capital by means of the exploitation of opportunity, recourse acquisition and the choice of entrepreneurial orientation respectively. |
