| 摘 要： | 2007年在美国爆发的次级抵押贷款危机带来的影响已经严重冲击了世界金融体系，对美国以及世界经济造成重大的影响。从次贷危机产生的背景入手分析危机形成的一系列深层次原因，揭示出危机过度扩大及迅速扩散的原理所在，有利于中国从教训中得出进一步促进经济发展的启示。

| Abstract: | American sub-prime mortgage crisis broke out in 2007 attacking the system of the world economy and making a strong impact to the American and the world. By exploring the origin of this crisis and analyzing the root causes, we can find out why the sub-prime debts crisis has been over-amplified and get enlightenment of sub-prime debts crisis for the development of China＇s economy. |
