| 摘 要： | 诚信失范既有外在的制度缺陷的原因,更有内在的道德危机因素。从道德内因看,诚信失范的主要原因是道德自律意识的淡化,诚信失范的根本原因是道德责任的弱化,诚信失范的深层原因是道德信仰的危机。当前的诚信建设,一方面要加强外在的信用制度建设,另一方面更应重视内在的诚信道德机制建构,只有从人的灵魂深处去启发、去教育,失信问题才会从根本上得以解决。

| Abstract: | The loss of both external credibility of the system the wrong reasons,more inherently moral risk factors.See from internal ethics,Honesty is the main reason for loss of the sense of moral self-discipline diluted,loss of integrity is the fundamental reason for the weakening of moral responsibility,and moral integrity is the root cause of the loss of faith crisis.At present,the integrity of the building,we need to strengthen external credit system construction,more attention should construct mechanisms intrinsic moral integrity,and only from the depths of a person's soul to inspire,to educate and make the fundamental problems will be solved. |
