| 摘 要： | 基于乡村社区性公共物品供给的社会行动出发,结合文献分析和实证探讨,认为一个乡村社区要实现社区性公共物品的有效自主供给必须依赖这样的社区基础：既具有内、外社会关联,又具有一个公共权威中心。其中内部关联能使社区形成一个共同体或多个功能不同的共同体的联合,建立在共同体内部的规则、意识、道德等能够构成一个激励的环境,克服社区成员在集体行动中的困境,形成公共物品生产中一致行动的能力;外部社会关联能使一个乡村社区从外界获取资源和行动能力,而公共权威中心是使社区成员各种利益相关化的一种力量。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis and empirical study of the social action to supply the village community public goods,this article remarks that to carry out the self supply of public goods effectively depends on the community basis with both the internal and external social connections and a public authoritative center.The internal connection can make the community form a community union or different multi-functional community unions,while the internal rule,consciousness,morals and so on can constitute an environment full of drive,which will overcome the difficult situations in the collective action,and form the ability of concerted actions in the public goods production.External social connection will help the community gain resources and acting abilities from the outside.The public authoritative center will make the interests of the community members correlated. |
