| 摘 要： | 大宗交易,主要指证券单笔交易规模远大于市场平均单笔交易规模的交易。在现实中,一些机构投资者利用大宗交易市场和竞价市场的漏洞,联合坐庄套利,严重损害投资者的利益。鉴于此,我国应通过对大宗交易市场参与者、市场行为、信息披露与监管、信用交易等相关制度的完善对其进行法律规制。

| Abstract: | A block trade is a trade order submitted for sale or purchase of a large quantity of securities.In reality,some large institutional investors take advantage of the defects and loopholes of block trading market and auction market to make arbitrage,which seriously damages the interests of the ordinary investors.Based on this,our country should take legal regulations on block trades by perfecting its related system of market participants,market behavior,information disclosure and supervision,and credit transactions. |
