| 摘 要： | 本文首先构建了由税收政策、金融政策、财政政策、人才政策、产业技术政策和知识产权政策组成的创新政策体系,然后通过比较分析中关村、天津滨海、上海、深圳、海峡西岸经济区、武汉城市圈和长株潭城市群的创新政策,得出有利于合芜蚌试验区发展的经验和启示。

| Abstract: | The paper first puts forward an innovation policy system,which consists of tax,monetary,fiscal,personnel,industrial technology and intellectual property policy.Then through a comparative analysis of the innovation policies in Zhongguancun,Tianjin Binhai,Shanghai,Shenzhen,Western Shore Economic Region,Wuhan City Circle and Changzhutan City Clusters,the paper concludes the experience and enlightenment for the development of Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu Testing District. |
