摘    要:参照国标GB/T5009.199-2003《蔬菜中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量的快速检测法》,对现场残留农药测定仪的仪器精密度以及检出限进行了测定,并分析了该仪器对各种农药的最小检测浓度。发现该仪器对部分农药。如敌敌畏、呋喃丹、速灭威以及残杀威有很好的检出灵敏度,但对甲胺磷的检出灵敏度最差;同时环境温度对检测结果也有一定的影响。因此。在规范实验操作的前提下,对不同的农药选择最合适的方法,才能保证检测数据的准确性和可靠性。

Abstract:According to the method described in GB/T 5009. 199-2003 for determination of pesticide residues in vegetables, limit of detection and precision of on- the- spot instrument has been studied. The minimum concentration of pesticides that may be examined by the instrument has been investigated. The conclusion is that this equipment is very sensitive for tsumacide, carbofuran, propoxur and so on, but not for methamidophos. Moreover the ambient temperature can influence accuracy of result. So it is important employing standard method and selecting optimum conditions for different pesticide for obtaining believable and accurate inhibitory percentage of organophosphate and carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables for AchE.
