高职学分制改革与教学管理服务满意度实证研究

摘    要:学分制改革后,高职院校教学运行管理工作发生了较大转变,基于顾客满意理论,对高职院校教学运行管理工作服务满意度进行问卷调查,了解学分制改革后教学运行管理工作服务现状,为教学运行管理工作服务质量的不断完善提供实证依据。

Abstract:After credit system reforms, there is a big change in teaching management in higher vocational colleges. Based on customer satisfaction theory, this research has made a survey on service satisfaction of teaching management in higher vocational colleges to understand the present situation in teaching management service after the reform. It has also provided an empirical basis in order to improve service quality in teachin~ management.
