高职人力资源管理专业课程教学情境的创设——以劳动政策法规课程为例

摘    要:以高职人力资源管理专业课程——劳动政策法规为例,在课程教学内容组织及培养目标分析的基础上,借鉴支架式教学模式对该课程进行了教学情境的总体设计,并针对其中一个教学情境,从学习目标、学习任务、教学方法、学生必备基础、教师必备基础、教学媒体、工具与材料和实施步骤等方面进行具体的分析。

Abstract:This paper, with the help of framework teaching approach, expounds the teaching situation's overall design based on the course contents and the analysis of training objectives. It then concretely analyses a certain teaching situation from the aspect of learning objectives, tasks, methods, students' and teachers' necessary basics, teachin~ media and materials etc.
