| Abstract: | It is a practical need for higher vocational colleges to carry out a regular and effective quality-oriented education to achieve their talent cultivation objective. In order to realize this objection, colleges should adopt multiform and multichannel ways. The emphasis is to train the students＂ sense of work ethic, professional knowledge and abilities, physical and mental health, and the ability of career enterprising in order to build up students＇ professional qualities. |
