| 摘 要： | 信息法将发展成为一个独立的法律部门。信息法律关系的客体是满足法律“确定性”要求的信息。信息法是调整特定信息关系的法律规范的总称,其学科体系包括信息产权法、信息交易法、信息保护法、信息公开法、信息管理法和信息安全法等六大部分。

| Abstract: | Information law will develop to be an independent legal department.The object of informational legal relationship is the information which meets the need of legal "authenticity".Information law is a general appellation of the regulation of the specifically information legal relations,and its scientific system contains six big sections,such as property right of information law,transaction of information law,protection of information law,disclosure of information law,administration of information law and security of information law. |
