On the Property Right Incentive of University Human Capital |

| Abstract: | Abstract University is rich in human capital, so it is very impor- tant to construct an efficient incentive mode of human capital. Based on the theory of property rights, the writer makes an analy- sis on the similarities and dissimilarities between enterprises and universities, as well as the definition and characteristics of uni- versity human capital, and does a preliminary research on the mode of the property right incentive of university human capital. |
